They have a diverse faculty that include teachers with over 15 years’ experience and most of them are performers themselves. For the students, many opportunities are available who want to perform such as semi-annual studio Recitals (winter and spring), a studio Showcase concert, and a Piano Proficiency Evaluation for interested students. Additional opportunities include various local and national competitions and evaluations. New students are welcome throughout the year whenever space is available.

1. Group lessons:

  • For 45-minute lessons $520/semester ($29/lesson) – kids aged 3.
  • For 45-minute lessons $620/semester ($34/lesson) – kids aged 4 - 12.
  • Note: The tuition is ALL-INCLUSIVE (materials, textbook, CD, performances, registration).

2. Semi-Private Lessons:

  • For 30-minute lessons $685/semester ($38/lesson).
  • For 45-minute lessons $895/semester ($50/lesson).

3. Private Lessons

  • For 30-minute lessons $875/semester ($49/lesson).
  • For 45-minute lessons $1225/semester ($68/lesson).

  • $50 book deposit at the time of registration for the school year. The tuition includes registration, semi-annual Recitals, masterclasses, access to the practice room, etc.
  • Private Piano students are required to make an initial $50 book deposit once per year.
  • Advanced piano placement tuition is $60.

4. For Toddlers

  • For 30-minute lessons $265/semester ($15/lesson).

  • $50 off the tuition is given for families with 2 or more enrolled students
  • Refer a friend and you both receive $50 tuition credit.
  • $50 off the tuition for students enrolled in multiple programs.

New England Conservatory of Music

New England Conservatory of Music is the oldest independent music conservatory in the United States. At the collegiate level, NEC offers the Bachelor of Music, Master of Music, and Doctor of Musical Arts, as well as the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Artist Diplomas. Also offered are five-year joint double-degree programs with Harvard University and Tufts University.


NEC is the only music school in the United States designated as a National Historic Landmark, and it is a pending Boston Landmark. Its primary concert hall, Jordan Hall, designed by Edmund M. Wheelright contains an organ modeled after the one at Santa Maria Della Scala in Siena. It hosts approximately 1,000 concerts each year.

Berklee College of Music was established in 1945 and is the largest independent college of contemporary music in the world. According to its website, Berklee alumni have won 294 Grammy Awards, more than any other college, and 95 Latin Grammy Awards. Other notable accolades for its alumni include 19 Emmy Awards, 5 Tony Awards, and 5 Academy Awards. In December 2015, Berklee College of Music and the Boston Conservatory agreed to a merger. The combined institution is known as Berklee, with the conservatory becoming The Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Yamaha Music School of Boston

The Yamaha curriculum is broad compared to traditional private piano lessons. Children sing solfège, play the keyboard, sing songs with lyrics, move to music, play rhythm, and keyboard ensembles, and participate in music appreciation activities.
