The V-Synth GT is the newest member of the original V-Synth series which is acclaimed worldwide by sound designers and performers for its sound design capabilities and expressive synthesis.  The V-Synth GT combines the Articulative Phrase Synthesis with Roland’s innovative Elastic Audio Engine that delivers ultra realistic sounds and astonishing expression abilities.

The new V-Synth is loaded with notable features such as Articulative Phrase Synthesis, speed programming and powerful analog modeling ability that gives you the ability to break sonic boundaries and create some of the unique and never-before-heard sounds.

The V-Synth GT is the world’s first synthesizer with Articulative Phrase Synthesis. This form of modeling successfully recreates the changing behavior sound and nuance of instruments while playing.  The results you get are stunningly realistic and expressive and they can be applied to acoustic instrument simulation and for never-before heard sounds.  The V-Synth GT features a built in arpeggiator with 8 motifs, which responds to cc data.  It also offers great choice in effects. The instrument comes with wide range of inbuilt effects which include Tones FX (41 types), Chor (8 types), Rev (3 types) and COSM FX.

New Analog and Digital Combined Sampling Architecture

The new Roland also incorporates the proprietary VariPhrase technology with new dual core engine. The analog modeling engine, digital sampling architecture and external audio input provide you wide and colorful foundation, which gives you amazing capability to capture, create and manipulate sounds.

The Speed programming provides complexity and depth in editing a feature adored by serious sound designers.  The Sound Shaper II, another unique feature that provides musicians with fresh sounds fast whenever they need it. The new Sound Shaped is based on original Sound Shaper. The enhanced mode in the new Sound Shaper allows you to select a sound type  and than all the most relevant parameters of that are presented to you in flash which allows you to create new sounds in a matter of seconds.

The layout and design of Roland V-Synth GT is quite futuristic and friendly. The front panel design has a color touch screen, 8-universal control knobs and dedicated buttons and sliders for faster and easier access. It offers good connectivity of both, Digital and Analog.

The Most Complete Connectivity

Digital Connectivity (Input & Outputs) include S/PDIF, Coax and optical while Analog Inputs include L&R(TRS), Mic(XLR), Control pedal 1&2. Analog Outputs include Main L&R (TRS), Direct L&R (TS) and headphone connection (TRS). The Roland also supports external peripheral device connectivity through USB. It supports MIDI, Data Transfer and USB 2.0 flash memory.
